Meditation Instructions for Sun., Nov. 2, 2008

The focus for this Sunday's meditation is to ask for a Clear and Definitive Outcome in next Tuesday's election. We have seen the discord created with past election results that were contested and filled with confusion and distrust. This time we need to bring all our meditative powers to bear that the election process, a keystone of our democracy, be run smoothly and efficiently. Remember this must remain a non-partisan effort. It is not up to us to determine who wins. We are asking simply that the outcome be so clear that immediately following the election we can begin to focus on healing the nation.

Please follow the same practice as before: Get centered, ask to bring in your guides and others who are there to assist us, connect to the circle, create the brilliant star-like light over the nation and extend blue rays to its four borders, then connect to the grid or template that extends from the circle and send the energy and intention of a Clear and Definitive Election Outcome to it. Be sure to disconnect from the circle at the end and express thanks for those who have helped us in this effort.

If you have feedback or experiences you would like to share please let me know (see previous blog posts for further details).

Meditation Instructions for Sun., Oct. 26, 2008

The focus for this Sunday's meditation (and the following week) is Responsibility. To be responsible implies being accountable for one's actions, to accept and live up to one's obligations, or to be reliable and trustworthy. Recent events in the global financial world have emphasized the need for greater corporate responsibility. Nations and organizations often embrace a sense of social responsibility that acknowledges the needs of others. We need our candidates to recognize the importance of responsible conduct in their words and actions as we near Election Day and especially after they accept their office. Additionally, each individual citizen needs to understand and appreciate the responsibility and obligation they have to cast their vote in a thoughtful manner.

Please follow the same practice as before: Get centered, ask to bring in your guides and others who are there to assist us, connect to the circle, create the brilliant star-like light over the nation and extend blue rays to its four borders, then connect to the grid or template that extends from the circle and send the energy and intention of Responsibility to it. Be sure to disconnect from the circle at the end and express thanks for those who have helped us in this effort.

Meditation Instructions for Sun., Oct. 19, 2008

The focus for this Sunday's meditation (and the following week) is Unity. Lately it seems media reports and campaign ads try to focus on the polarization this nation has experienced in the past several years. In meeting the global challenges ahead we must heal this divisiveness and come together as a nation. To do this our political leaders will need to be capable of generating a sense of inclusiveness and unity. This week in our meditation we will ask that our elected officials be assisted in their ability and desire to achieve Unity for the nation.

Please follow the same practice as before: Get centered, ask to bring in your guides and others who are there to assist us, connect to the circle, create the brilliant star-like light over the nation and extend blue rays to its four borders, then connect to the grid or template that extends from the circle and send the energy and intention of Unity to it. Be sure to disconnect from the circle at the end and express thanks for those who have helped us in this effort.

Meditation Instructions for Sun., Oct. 12, 2008

The focus for tomorrow's meditation (and during the week) is Balance. Our candidates will need balance in their views and opinions in order to best serve the majority of the populace. Balance is needed in order for someone to stay on the right path and not stray from it. Being balanced requires one to consider alternate (and perhaps disparate) viewpoints. Finally, our nation's events in recent weeks speak to a need to return to more balance in our fiscal behavior and policies at many levels (individual, corporate, and govermental). Let us ask to infuse a greater sense of Balance for our nation and its candidates in our meditation this week.

Please follow the same practice as before: Get centered, ask to bring in your guides and others who are there to assist us, connect to the circle, create the brilliant star-like light over the nation and extend blue rays to its four borders, then connect to the grid or template that extends from the circle and send the energy and intention of Balance to it. Meditation Instructions for Sun., Oct. 5, 2008

This week we will embed a desire for Wisdom into our meditation practice on behalf of all candidates for public office. The challenges facing these candidates are great, and they will require all of the qualities we have focused on thus far along with the ability to attain a thorough understanding of the key issues.

I've alluded before to the assistance of others in this project and firmly believe the founding fathers of our country are included in that realm of beings. When I think of the written works they produced as this country was formed for me those documents reflect tremendous insight and wisdom. May we seek through this project to help bring those same qualities to all individuals running for public office.

Please follow the same procedures noted in the previous postings. If you have experiences in the meditation you would like to share but are not comfortable doing so via a more public blog comment addition you can always contact me via telephone (828-670-7690) or private e-mail (k_miritello@bellsouth.net or kmiritello@gmail.com).
