Meditation Instructions for Sun., Jan. 25, 2009

For this coming Sunday, January 25th, the focus for our meditation will be on Confidence. In President Obama's Inauguration Day speech he spoke of the challenges facing this nation. In particular, he noted that one of the most insidious challenges is the "sapping of confidence across our land -- a nagging fear that America's decline is inevitable, and that the next generation must lower its sights." If we are to meet all the challenges facing this great nation we must have confidence in our elected officials and in their ability to restore this country to a better condition for all its citizens. It will take time and patience and determination, but we will be be much more likely to succeed if we truly feel confident about the future and the direction our new administration is taking. Our aim this week is to help infuse a greater sense of Confidence in our populace. With that energy surrounding our nation's capital and its leaders they will be in a stronger position to achieve all that is needed for this country.

Please follow the same practice as before: Get centered, ask to bring in your guides and others who are there to assist us, connect to the circle of others participating in this project, create the brilliant star-like light over the nation and extend blue rays to its four borders, then connect to the grid or template that extends from the circle.

Ask yourself how does my body feel when I am feeling Confident and then send the energy and intention of that feeling to the grid for the nation. Be sure to disconnect from the circle at the end and express thanks for those who have helped us in this effort.

If you have feedback or experiences you would like to share please let me know (see previous blog posts for further details).
