For this Sunday, March 21st, the focus for our meditation will be on Change. The world is obviously in a continual state of flux that requires our adaptation. Although constant Change can be stressful, without it everything would otherwise become stagnant. This week we want to recognize the natural seasonality and cyclic nature of Change in the world and in our lives. This concept is reflect in the Native American use of a Medicine Wheel to represent the cycles through which our life evolves. If we can appreciate the natural order of such Change it may help to ease the difficulty sometimes associated with accepting it and assist our ability to adapt. In addition, we want to consider the cycles through which our own country is evolving and ask that the Changes that come help move this nation forward.
Please follow the same practice as before: Get centered in your body, ask to bring in your guides and others who are there to assist us, connect to the circle of others participating in this project, create the brilliant star-like light over the nation and extend blue rays to its four borders, then connect to the grid or matrix that extends from the circle.
Ask yourself how does it feel in my body when I am aware of the natural cycles of Change in the world? What does it feel like when I am able to accept and adapt to the regular order and flow of Change around me? Then send the energy and intention of that feeling to the grid for the nation.
Be sure to disconnect from the circle at the end and express thanks for those who have helped us in this effort.
